1. Tell us about yourself?
– My name is Michelle Saroha and I am the Global Chief of Staff with First Credit Services Inc. I have been with the organization since 2009.
2. What do you like the most about your job at FCS?
– At First Credit Services, each person’s efforts drive the overall success of our organization. I love the synergy of our First Credit Services team.
3. What is one thing you wish more people knew about women in the workplace?
– What you see women handle and their ability to drive the success of your company while in the workplace – it is just one sliver of what the women actually manage on a daily grind – always realize; most often, they are also multi-tasking to the maximum to handle the balance and peace in their life, and the balance and harmony of their family, friends, and community.
4. What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?
– “Remember these 4 rules for a happy life –
